Roberto Enrique Vargas Vélez (born May 29, 1929 in Santurce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball pitcher. He debuted in Major League Baseball in 1955, pitching in 25 games with the Milwaukee Braves. He recorded no wins or loses while striking out 13 with a 8.76 ERA. He was drafted in the Rule 5 draft by the Braves from the Cleveland Indians organization in 1954.
